About the role
We are looking to add an Operations Supervisor to our growing Operations Department. As an OperationsSupervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of the operations team to ensure efficient and effective workflow. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring processes, implementing procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The Operations Supervisor works closely with other departments to optimize productivity, improve operational efficiency, and meet performance targets. They are also responsible for training and developing team members, troubleshooting operational issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This on-site position is based at our Corsicana, TX facility.
What you'll be doing
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless workflows while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment and reduce operational risk.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks across teams to ensure optimal resource allocation, productivity, and timely completion of operational work.
  • Monitor equipment and system performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond quickly to prevent downtime and operational disruptions.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards, compliance gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Lead, manage, and support a team of operators by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Liaise with supervisors and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth site operations, strong communication, and escalation of key updates, challenges, and recommendations to upper management.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, support incident documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll have
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a technical field, or relevant hands-on experience in an operational environment.
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, production supervision, or a similar role, with proven team leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and ability to consistently enforce safe work practices.
  • Experience with resource management, including labor, materials, scheduling, and inventory coordination.
  • Familiarity with data collection and performance monitoring to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with operational software tools such as maintenance management systems, scheduling, reporting, or project management platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage teams, resolve conflict, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Certifications such as OSHA, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus.
Physical requirements and work environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (50 pounds)
  • Ability to work onsite in a mining or data center environment (heat, noise, etc.)
  • Exposure to high noise levels and varying temperatures
