Mechanic Helper

Performance Objectives
  • Efficiently assist in the maintenance and repair of quarry machinery to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and identify mechanical issues, promptly escalating complex problems for timely resolution.
  • Support lead mechanics in executing preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring all equipment remains fully operational.
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and safe work area, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
  • Accurately document maintenance activities and spare parts usage to ensure up-to-date inventory and records.
  • Participate actively in safety training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve maintenance processes, driving innovation and efficiency.
