Standard Shift & Shift Differentials: (Also receive 90 day and yearly performance reviews/raises based on performance)

- 2nd Shift = Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am
Night Shift Differentials
- Day 1 = Additional $2/HR
- After 6 months = Additional $2/HR = $4/hr total differential
- After 18 months = Additional $2/HR = $6/hr total differential

Position Description:
- Perform mechanical inspections on finished and in-process parts using hand tools.
- Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) at the machine and document findings.
- Assist with laser tracker and CMM inspections as needed.
- Interpret engineering prints and apply GD&T principles to inspections.
- Utilize HighQA for ballooning, inspection planning, and reporting.
- Use in-house software to track inspection schedules and tasks.
- Support documentation of results, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with machinists, programmers, and quality team on inspection strategies and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. Required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Required
- A team mindset with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Required
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Required
- Extensive experience with CNC machining processes and equipment. Preferred
