Job Location: Cary, NC. Job Duration: 6+ Months

The Global Technology Services (GTS) Performance Management team provides analytic solutions and services that enable employees to make better-informed timely business and strategic decisions. The capabilities, reports, and analysis provided by the team serves as the core data, reporting, and analytic platform for the Global Technology Organization (GTO) of ***. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with a strong customer and IT management background to help drive the GTS Performance Management vision. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business, analytic and customer focused acumen; a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. It is anticipated that this role will mature to a trusted SME collaborating with IT professionals across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a trusted partner relationship with IT Executives, Business, and leadership teams creating an open dialog and collaboration paradigm to bring forward the voice of the customer
  • Evaluate partner goals / priorities with alignment to the Performance Management strategy and Global Technology Services Architectural Runway
  • Gather functional and business requirements leveraging GQIM (Goal Question Indicator Metric) methodology
  • Work closely with Governance team to identify data sources required for automation of analytic insights as a step in the process, and alignment to Visibility Data Warehouse strategy
  • Work closely with development teams to translate partner requirements into a working set of operational dashboards and management reports
  • Alignment to Performance Insights Customer Service Design model as a core thread to end-to-end service delivery
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on all Performance Management tools and services as they relate to Customer Advocacy role and support
  • Coordinate and/or conduct Performance Management tools training sessions to Global Technology partners
  • Work within the matrix disciplines of the Performance Management team
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Power BI technician – experienced rendering Analytics from disparate gold sources
  • Advanced analytical and big data analysis skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple levels of management and staff across the organization
  • Broad knowledge of IT services to include technical development, financial management, project/program portfolio management and application/ infrastructure support
  • Solid interpersonal, influencing and communication skills - capable of motivating and leading organizations or teams to deliver desired results
  • Strong business sense to strike a balance between promoting strategy and promoting consumers' need
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
  • Strong Business Analyst background to document requirements and create wireframe designs
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle process
  • SAFe/Agile exposure
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and data mining
  • Knowledge of Apptio, QlikView, Cognos, Jira, Service Now a plus
