Job description

Department: Pool
Reports to: Aquatics Director, Lead Lifeguard
Status: Seasonal, Non-Exempt
Hourly wage range $17.50 - $22.50 per hour DOE
Glenmoor Country Club is an upscale, family oriented, private club, pool, and golf course centrally located in beautiful Cherry Hills Village off of University and Belleview. We are searching for qualified staff to work our extended pool season Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends in September. We are looking to hire entry level through Supervisory positions.
Position Summary
Monitor and maintain safety and enjoyment of guests utilizing all pool facilities

This is a Seasonal position and will require weekend and evening work.

  • Will include working on slippery surfaces

Glenmoor Country Club operates in a non-tipping environment. Team members are compensated through hourly wages rather than gratuities.
Requirements
Current American Red Cross lifeguarding/CPR certification desired but not required
Must be able to pass the Red Cross Lifeguard test:
  • 300 yard nonstop front crawl swim,
  • dive to 10 feet to retrieve 10 pound brick, and
  • tread water for 2 minutes

Training and certification is available
Minimum age 15 to qualify.
