Volkswagen Service Consultant/Advisor

Pay Range: $50,000 - $194,000 annually, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet service customers promptly
  • Communicate with customers on options, cost, and timing to complete the delivery of maintenance and repairs
  • Professionally address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Inspect vehicles prior to each customer’s delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly
  • Communicate the results with the customer explaining all completed work and charges

Your Pre-Qualifications

  • 2 years of automotive service writing experience
  • Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships online and in person
  • Comfortable working with various dealer software systems
  • Must be self-motivated
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be organized, able to multitask and follow-up with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Must have a valid driver's license with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
    • Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
