Job Description
Bartender
Reports to: Bar Manager
Bartenders at Scene75 are responsible for running our massive Center Bar or Restaurant Bar, while providing an amazing experience to all guests. Scene75 is a place where families come together, so making sure you're comfortable in that setting is key. If you're looking for a bartending opportunity in an environment where taking care of our guests and having fun is the #1 priority, then we'd love to meet you.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Energizes people and is passionate about guest service.
  • Exemplifies the company culture by embracing the mission and values articulated.
  • Empowers him/herself to handle guest complaints immediately, exceed guest expectations, and informs management to ensure follow up.
  • Thoroughly knowledgeable on menu, food preparation, beer, liquor and wine programs.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of bar/lounge, back hallways and liquor storage areas.
  • Greets guests in a timely and professional manner, makes suggestions regarding food and beverage, checks regularly for guests' needs and answers any questions or concerns.
  • Monitors guest alcohol consumption and does not serve alcohol to intoxicated guests.
  • Performs "bar flair" while preparing cocktails and other drinks to standard, and builds guest relations by with patrons seated at the bar.
  • Monitors and observes guests' dining/bar experience in order to respond to additional requests and to determine when meal/beverage has been completed.
  • Maintains liquor security and control standards.
  • Thanks guests by name for their visit and invites them to return.
  • Maintains accurate counts, tracks sales and returns all liquor to storage.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of prior bartending experience
