Junto Entertainment is hiring course attendants to support our Boston location of Putt Across America!

This is more than a standard role — beyond typical retail interactions, you will create memorable, immersive guest experiences throughout this coast-to-coast mini golf adventure. Reporting to the Head of Attraction, you will play a key role in delivering a “hole in one” experience by upholding the high standards that define Putt Across America.

 Putt Across America is an immersive 18-hole mini-golf journey inspired by the nation’s most iconic landmarks and landscapes. Located in Boston’s historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace, this two-story indoor attraction blends play, storytelling, and social experiences into a vibrant, high-energy environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Create the Vibe
    • Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and set the tone for an unforgettable experience.
  • Manage the Flow
    • Keep the pace of play running smoothly while ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless journey.
  • Maintain the Magic
    • Perform cleaning and organization tasks throughout your shift to keep all course elements photo-ready.
  • Deliver Expert Guest Service
    • Become knowledgeable about the course and surrounding area to provide top-tier recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Support Daily Operations
    • Assist with general operational needs to ensure all guest-facing areas are organized, stocked, and ready.
