Position Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operator to provide the necessary support to the Foreman to meet the requirements of all assigned projects efficiently while ensuring a high standard of quality.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills. The operator is a crew member with a Class A CDL and the ability to operate a mini excavator, bucket truck, and pole truck.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Foreman in daily operations.
  • Drive a 1-ton truck pulling a trailer with a mini excavator.
  • Install conduit and junction boxes utilizing a mini excavator.
  • Work with a crew to install traffic signals and roadway lighting foundations and poles.
  • Install Traffic Signals and Roadway Lighting controller cabinets, including wiring.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Ensure all company policies are consistently followed.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
