Job description

At Bob Smith MINI Cooper, we're looking for energetic, fun-spirited, and forward-thinking individuals to join our team as MINI Motoring Advisors.
As a MINI Motoring Advisor, you'll share your passion for the MINI brand and deliver high-quality service to our customers. You'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with customers to build them for life, assisting them in selecting vehicles, and demonstrating new/used vehicles.
We offer a competitive pay plan, employee vehicle purchase program, paid time off, and comprehensive training program. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 (base hourly rate plus commission).
Responsibilities:
  • Nurture enriching relationships with customers
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager
  • Be willing to evolve and adapt to changing customer demands

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity working with luxury brands and services is a plus
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive view of technology and its integration into the workplace
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
