Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our team at Harbor Child Care. As the first point of contact for parents, children, and staff, the Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain and update student attendance records.
  • Handle daily correspondence and communication, including emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule tours for prospective parents and manage appointment calendars.
  • Assist with the enrollment process, providing necessary paperwork and guidance.

Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma required. Associates Degree or higher level of education preferred.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Must have general PC skills.

Background in business administration helpful.
