Relevant du Directeur des opérations, le Surintendant sous terre joue un rôle stratégique dans l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels et organisationnels de la mine. Chef d’orchestre des activités souterraines, il/elle planifie, organise et supervise les travaux de production, de développement et d’exploitation afin d’assurer une extraction du minerai sécuritaire, efficace et rentable. Guidé(e) par les valeurs d’excellence, de sécurité et de respect de l’environnement, le/la titulaire du poste veille à la conformité des travaux aux plans et devis, à l’application rigoureuse des méthodes sécuritaires et à la promotion d’une culture de collaboration, de performance et de responsabilisation. En plus de son rôle de gestion terrain, le Surintendant agit comme représentant de l’employeur auprès des différents intervenants internes et externes, assurant une communication fluide et un alignement constant avec les objectifs de l’entreprise
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Diplôme en techniques ou génie minier, ou expérience équivalente;
- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine minier, dont une solide expérience en supervision;
- Excellente connaissance des procédés de production et développement souterrain;
- Maîtrise de Microsoft office et des logiciels de suivi des travaux et coûts;
- Leadership mobilisateur, esprit d’équipe et communication interfonctionnelle;
