Job description

Job Description:
To set-up, start-up, troubleshoot and monitor molding machines against established quality specifications and SOP.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities
  • Set-up injection molds and related equipment for sample runs and production runs.
  • Monitor gauges, pressures, and temperatures on molding machines.
  • Troubleshoot and correct problem processes.
  • Monitor cycle times and part quality.
  • Document and report mold and/or equipment related problems.
  • Gather recycle materials and take to designated holding areas.
  • Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping.
  • Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.
  • All other duties as assigned.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of specified Molding Technician experience
  • 2+ years of quality and/or troubleshooting experience in a Molding environment
  • Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and electronics.
  • Forklift Certification (Company will train)
