GreatWater 360 Auto Care is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Team, supporting multiple shop locations across the Milwaukee metropolitan area.
This role is perfect for an adaptable, customer-focused Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager who is seeking advancement and enjoys variety, problem-solving, and helping shops succeed during staffing gaps, vacations, and high-volume periods.

Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Provide Service Advisor coverage at multiple GreatWater locations in the Milwaukee metro
  • Greet customers and deliver a professional, friendly service experience
  • Write and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Clearly explain vehicle conditions, repairs, and maintenance needs
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain safety, quality, and repair standards
  • Step in as a reliable, steady presence when shops need support
  • Adapt quickly to different teams, shop environments, and customer needs

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ year of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service role
  • STRONG desire to move into Management Role - Prior Exp A PLUS!
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfort explaining automotive repairs in a clear, transparent way
  • Ability to travel between shops within the Milwaukee metro area
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Professional, team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality
