Summary of Position

ย 

The Sales Representative is a professional who initializes and manages relationships with customers.ย  The Sales Representative will serve as the first point of contact between Frederickโ€™s and itโ€™s prospects or clients. This position will have a wide range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to Frederickโ€™s Manufacturing products and services. This position reports to the President.

The Sales Representative will need to be a results-driven individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.ย  The individual must have the skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and develop new markets by analyzing the territory/market potential, track sales and status reports
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
  • Expedited the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a schedule;
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and/or Management;
  • Attend trade shows and BD functions with approval from your manager; and
  • All other duties assigned by your manager.
  • Travel is required to see new or current clients and industry events.

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the field of Sub Sea Tools
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
