The Senior Electronics Engineer is a part of our New Product Development team and willhelp execute designs for Milwaukee Tool's Plumbing and Electrical products.

You'llalsobe DISRUPTIVEthrough these duties and responsibilities:

  • Executing a lead role for the design, prototype, test and troubleshoot embedded electronics hardware and firmwarefor mid to high complexity projects.
  • Providecandidand effectivecommunications up,downand acrossthe organization onprogress,barrierremovaland escalation of business risks/opportunities.
  • Demonstrate Milwaukee Tools Culture of high performance and agility by independently creating Work Breakdown Structure for your workanddriving to critical milestones.
  • Drive urgencyin project schedulesand accountabilityforestablishingand achievingkey projectmetricsthat meet the organization's needs.
  • Serve as a rolemodelMilwaukee Tool's culture while mentoring, guiding,andcoaching junior Engineers.Growtheabilitytolead andmanage a small team.
  • Use laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, e-loads, and data acquisition systems.
  • Independently track projects to ensure adherence to schedule and the Milwaukee process.
  • Design and qualifynew designsto applicable regulatory standards such as UL, CEC,CE,and ANSI.

WhatTOOLSyou'llbring with you:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in ElectricalEngineering orrelatedfield.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Excellentproblem-solving skills,exercisesindependent judgementandworkswellunder pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time (domestic and international).
