Position Overview
Requires a skilled tradesperson who installs, maintains, repairs, and dismantles industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in facilities such as manufacturing plants, power plants, food-processing facilities, paper mills, and warehouses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Promote Safety as the number one priority for all Lucas employees.
  • Maintenance of Shop floor machine
  • Install new machinery and production equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and breakdowns
  • Align and level machinery using precision measuring tools
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Replace worn or damaged parts such as bearings, gears, belts, and motors
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
