Job Overview
  • Work safely and effectively in extreme weather conditions.
  • Follow a 4-on/4-off rotation with primarily 13-hour shifts, in accordance with fatigue management guidelines.
  • Monitor GET inventory and coordinate supplies to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Safely handle and move GET components, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and inventory issues using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist with equipment repairs, gearbox rebuilds, and component maintenance.
  • Inspect, clean, and sort parts for reuse or scrap.
  • Promote a safe, team-oriented work environment.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with internal teams, mine operations, and vendors.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support continuous improvement and learning.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Experience with welding, cutting, and heavy equipment repairs.
  • Skilled in the safe use of hand and pneumatic tools, including grinders and hammers.

Qualifications/Requirements
