Location: Elgin, IL⏰ Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Friday (OT as needed) Pay: $35–$40/hr based on experience

Role Summary:

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Machinist Millwright (Manual) for a direct hire opportunity in Elgin, IL. This role supports in-house industrial equipment manufacturing and maintenance, focusing on building, repairing, and maintaining machinery used in production.

Ideal candidates will have strong manual machining and millwright experience, with the ability to fabricate parts, read prints, and troubleshoot mechanical systems.

️ Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5–7 years of experience in machining, millwright, or industrial maintenance
  • strong knowledge of manual machining and fabrication techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Experience with mechanical systems, conveyors, motors, and industrial equipment
