H2O Innovation is calling all mechanically inclined people who love working on a broad range of projects, the Fabrication Specialist position is for you. Our next colleague will hold a permanent & full-time position at the Ramsey, MN plant. You will be asked to perform a wide variety of assembly tasks and will learn maintenance technician and millwright skills. 

The Benefits

The Day-to-Day

  • Mechanically assemble pipes, equipment, instruments, and valves to frame structures with fasteners ranging from 10-32 to 1” diameter bolts and equipment up to 50 lbs;
  • Glue PVC pipe assemblies ranging from ½” to 12” pipe diameter;
  • Measure, cut, drill, and tap steel frames and PVC pipes;
  • Cut & thread stainless steel pipe;
  • Respect the project timeline;
  • Ensure a good quality product by using your attention to detail;
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition;
  • Respect and follow safety regulations.

The Skills We Are Looking for

  • Three (3) years of related work experience;
  • Ability to read technical plans;
  • Personal tools is a plus, but not a must;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be autonomous;
  • Be organized, rigorous and meticulous;
  • Must be able lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs;
  • Have a positive and professional attitude towards your team and internal and external clients.
