About the Role

We are looking for skilled Millwright for immediate placement in Superior, WI. The Industrial Millwright is a hands‑on craft position responsible for keeping heavy production equipment running safely and reliably. This role focuses on practical mechanical work—diagnosing problems, tearing down equipment, making repairs, and getting machines back into service.

You’ll spend your time on the floor working directly with pumps, boilers, hydraulics, and other industrial systems, either independently or alongside other skilled craft and operations teams.

As an Industrial Millwright at Graham, you will:

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical equipment in a production environment
  • Tear down, rebuild, and install mechanical components
  • Diagnose issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Install and maintain bearings, couplings, chains, belts, gearing, and shafts
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs
  • Lubricate equipment using proper tools, methods, and schedules
  • Support equipment change‑outs, upgrades, and new installations
  • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and safe work practices
  • Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to keep equipment running

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands‑on industrial mechanical maintenance experience
  • Solid working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Experience with oil & gas industrial equipment
  • Basic familiarity with electrical concepts related to equipment operation
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical instinct
  • Safety‑focused mindset and willingness to follow all plant procedures
