Millwork FabricatorPosition Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwork Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience fabricating and assembling high-quality architectural millwork, cabinetry, countertops, and specialty projects. This role requires strong craftsmanship, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality while meeting project deadlines.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, countertops, and specialty projects.
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and production documents.
  • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform custom fitting, laminating, solid surface fabrication, and final assembly.
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout all stages of fabrication.
  • Collaborate with the Custom Projects Lead to resolve fabrication challenges and ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with packaging and loading completed projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or related fabrication environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
  • Proficiency with woodworking equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
  • Experience with laminates, solid surface materials, and custom fabrication techniques preferred.
