Founded in 2003, Professional Builders Supply today operates locations in the Carolinas, selling, installing and distributing residential and commercial building materials such as lumber, siding, trim, doors, windows, decking and railing. The company also operates a truss manufacturing facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina and provides turn-key installation services for multifamily applications through its PBS Commercial brand and for residential roofing and siding via SouthEnd Exteriors.

What you will do
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of interior trim installation projects.
- Manage install crews, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Ensure installation practices comply with manufacturer guidelines and warranty requirements.
- Track time and materials as required for each installation project.
- Ensure that all equipment is operated in a safe and responsible manner. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Attend all training to learn new technology of building materials and installation methods as required by location management.
- Crosstrain in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise.
- Monitor and guide work processes to ensure quality results with minimal errors or damage
