Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Millwork Carpenters for projects located in the South Bend, IN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

  • Assemble custom cabinets, casework, and architectural millwork according to shop drawings and specifications
  • Install hardware, drawer slides, hinges, moldings, and trim components
  • Perform finish carpentry tasks including fitting, trimming, sanding, and final detailing of completed products
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
  • Inspect materials and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Operate and maintain woodworking tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Responsibilities

  • Experience in cabinet assembly, millwork, and finish/trim carpentry
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and shop practices
