Were looking for a reliable, detail-focused, and safety-minded Loading Associate to join our Distribution team. This hands-on, fast-paced role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys physically active work that keeps the day moving. Safely handle and secure doors and trim on delivery trucks using dollies, floats, or manual lifting. Double-check product counts and report any damage or issues to team leads.

Assist in inventory accuracy by performing material verifications and quantity checks. Jump in to support unloading or order picking as needed to keep operations flowing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area.

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the shift. Our Ideal Candidate: A team player who takes pride in doing things the right way. Energetic and comfortable in a physically demanding, warehouse setting.

Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and load reports precisely. Flexible and willing to help out wherever needed. Understands the importance of working safely and efficiently.

Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely and regularly. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout an 810 hour shift. Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred.

Basic math and reading skills. Willingness to work overtime when required. Commitment to workplace safety and best ergonomic practices.
