A growing Infectious Disease service line in Decatur, Illinois is looking for a physician who wants a predictable, well-structured practice without sacrificing clinical depth. Three outpatient weeks per month with no call, one inpatient week with a typically low-volume 24-hour call, and a two-year salary guarantee give this role a stability that is genuinely hard to find in ID right now.

  • Join two experienced Infectious Disease physicians in a well-supported, expanding service line
  • Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient ID care with telehealth support available during inpatient service weeks

Schedule



  • Three outpatient weeks per month with no call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits



  • Generous guaranteed salary for the first two years, followed by RVU-based compensation
