Paul Miller Motor Companyis a family-owned car dealership, proudly serving Central Kentucky since 1953. Paul Miller Motor Company is actively seeking a building maintenance technician to cover our complex of buildings. Communication and coordination skills are imperative to allow proper coordination with production and management on all maintenance issues on the campus.


This is an entry level position with potential for growth at our company.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting repairs, including clearing clogged drains, replacing plumbing fixtures, changing light bulbs
  • Receiving service work orders and handling in the most efficient manner
  • Grounds keeping duties including picking up trash, snow and ice removal
  • Trash removal
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Facility Manager


Skills and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous building maintenance experience helpful
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and climb ladders


Required Qualifications:

  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
