Position Description
Rotomill and reclaiming operators work primarily within our milling division, overseeing maintenance and operations of the mill and other support equipment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Operates a machine where grade is electronically controlled, mounted on tracks or wheels
  • Performs duties required to maintain a true line, grade, and crown in the roadway.
  • Oil, grease, and service the mill as necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain focused in various environments and terrain.
  • Must be able to travel frequently.
  • CDL preferred.
  • Strong focus on safety and teamwork mandatory.

Education and Experience:
  • Rotomill and/or Reclaimer operating experience required.
  • Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
Wage and Benefits:
  • Starting base wage: Dependent on Experience plus fringe.
  • Enrollment in 401k immediately with employer match after 1 year of service.
