This may include evaluating User Interface/user experience (UI/UX) workflows, identifying gaps between planner tasks and tool behavior, and coordinating with software developers, analysts, and customers to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.

The Military Medical Planner may also provide expertise in support of studies and analyses of novel medical support concepts or medical capabilities, data development, as well as expertise related to new model development efforts.

Other job activities may include:

  • Ability to evaluate tool functionality and UI/UX workflows to verify that medical planning tools meet medical planner needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct training, demonstrations, briefings, and technical discussions with DoD audiences.
  • Ability to support technical documentation, software testing, verification and validation, and user feedback activities.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience using modeling tools to support analysis or planning.
