Job description

Graham Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Operations & Program Support to provide dedicated project management, coordination, analytical, and operational support for a mission-critical Federal program. The Project Manager will coordinate program requirements, schedules, deliverables, stakeholder activities, and performance objectives while supporting successful execution of mission requirements.

Location: Arlington, VA / Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day execution of assigned program requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, milestones, taskers, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractor leadership, analysts, subject matter experts, and project personnel
  • Monitor project performance against established requirements, schedules, and quality standards
  • Track Government requests, taskings, action items, and deliverables through completion
  • Identify project risks, resource constraints, schedule impacts, and performance issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, executive summaries, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and management documentation
  • Support operational planning, analytical activities, readiness requirements, exercises, working groups, and other mission-support activities
  • Facilitate meetings and working sessions and document decisions, responsibilities, deadlines, and action items
  • Review project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance
  • Coordinate concurrent priorities while maintaining continuity of support
  • Support quality control activities and continuous process improvement
  • Maintain effective communication among Government and contractor stakeholders
  • Assist with workload management, staffing coordination, resource planning, and performance reporting
  • Develop decision-support materials for Government and program leadership
Required Skills:

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant Federal, DoD, military, project management, program management, operations, policy, administration, or analytical experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and concurrent priorities
  • Experience coordinating operational, analytical, administrative, or mission-support activities
  • Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, trackers, reports, and executive-level briefings
  • Experience working with Federal Government and/or DoD customers
  • Experience monitoring deliverables, risks, schedules, and project performance

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Social Science, or related field

Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
