Job description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Senior Contracting Strategy Analyst in Cincinnati, OH! This role is onsite / in person. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

Type: Six-month contract with opportunity for extension or full time offer

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay: $51.00 - $55.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities of the Senior Contracting Strategy Analyst:

· Support the manager in defining and reviewing contracting and strategy analytics strategy,
including contract/project pipeline

· Perform complex analysis to monitor value of contracts or strategic initiatives

· Collaborate with Contracting and/or Strategic Programs team to make recommendations to
maximize profitability

· Support the business in decision-making processes by providing forward-looking analysis
and insight to the senior leadership team, ensuring alignment of planned actions and targets
in the forecast

· Direct or prepare analysis covering any of the following: payer agreements, vendor or
manufacturer proposals, 340B opportunities, discount card opportunities, contracting
profitability audits, etc.

· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and department CoE teams to gain insight
into continued improvement opportunities regarding contract compliance and adherence to
contract policies within the overarching sourcing policies and training of the same

· Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete
performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

· Support talent development framework and proven experience in creating/maintaining
training curriculum

· Execute ad hoc analyses and assist with special projects as directed by supervisor

· Travel to divisions to provide support and coach division teams

· Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without
reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications of the Senior Contracting Strategy Analyst:

· Bachelor's Degree business or healthcare related field

· 1 year of database management experience

· 1 year of prior retail pharmacy experience and/or PBM experience

· High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e., macros, power pivot, power query)

· Project management skills with the ability to initiate and move projects to successful

conclusion where quality and timeliness are key

· Demonstrated use of business intelligence tools to create customized visualizations,
recurring reporting, and analyze data

· Familiarity with the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Contracting and Pharmacy
industry/technical terms and processes

· Proficient in Power BI and Power Automate Desired

· Any experience in third party payor contracting

· 3+ years of experience in data modeling and analytics

· 3+ years of retail pharmacy experience and/or PBM experience

· Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tool
