GFEBS Project Manager/Coordinator - Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield, GA Competitive Salary and Employer Paid Health Benefits!

EMI Services seeks to hire a GFEBS Project Manager/Coordinator with the overall responsibility of managing the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) system. EMI has been providing quality performance using innovative tools and processes to support base range operations for over thirty years! The GFEBS Project Manager will be responsible for GFEBS data entry, reporting, and project management for current and new work. The ideal GFEBS Project Manager will have experience utilizing GFEBS on a military installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • GFEBS Manager will be responsible for GFEBS data maintenance and reporting related to Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE), Business Intelligence and Projects.
  • Compile, track, and monitor data, reporting and disseminating to project teams and Government representatives.
  • Document, manage, and control all work performed under the contract, create work requests, and enter work documentation into the Government Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)

Requirements

  • Minimum of (3) three years GFEBS experience specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), Business Intelligence, and Projects
  • Qualified candidates will possess a strong working knowledge of GFEBS and shall complete GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within thirty (30) business days of being employed. Required Modules Include:
    • A76 Department of Public Works (DPW) Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller
    • A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor
    • A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter
  • Must have the ability to obtain Common Access Card (CAC) which requires a Favorable Tier 1 Investigation clearance.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
