Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Patuxent River, MD.  This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.

  • Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses.

  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.

  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.

  • Track program/project status and schedules.

  • Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures.

  • Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or an Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline and 7+ years of relevant work experience, or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience performing work related to Management Analysis

  • Experience supporting defense contracts

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, TEAMs, or Adobe

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Navy Acquisition and/or Naval Intelligence efforts

  • Familiarity with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations

  • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience conducting briefings to Senior Military & Civil Service personnel

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active TS/SCI security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
