Delivery Driver - Start at $160/Day ($140 Training/Base + $20 Bonus) | Topeka, KS 66619

Looking for a Delivery Driver or non-CDL delivery driver job near Topeka, KS? Join Flagstone Peak with FedEx Ground! As a package delivery driver, you'll deliver to local homes and businesses, stay active, work independently, and be home every day.

About Flagstone Peak

Flagstone Peak is a proud FedEx Ground contractor focused on safety, teamwork, and helping our drivers succeed. Our terminal is located at 7105 SE Forbes Ave., Topeka, KS 66619, where you'll start and end each workday with a supportive team.

Pay & Benefits
  • $160/day ($140 training/base + $20 performance bonus)
  • Paid training
  • Weekly pay
  • Health insurance (50% employer-paid), dental & vision
  • Up to $150 weekly service bonus
  • $0.15 per stop after 6 months
  • Company vehicle & uniform provided
Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday-Saturday (No Sundays)
  • Start at 8:30 AM until route completion
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete 150 average stops per day
  • Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
  • Load, scan, and deliver packages
  • Perform vehicle inspections
  • Use GPS to complete your route
Required Qualifications
  • 21+ with a valid driver's license
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check, drug test, and DOT physical
  • Lift packages up to 150 lbs.
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • No CDL required
