Job description

  • Practices safe work habits and executes corrective actions and preventative actions according to safety program before issues arise.
  • Practices good housekeeping. Works with manager and outside resources to ensure a clean and safe worksite
  • Performs administrative office functions including answering the telephone, monitoring emails, and creating reports as required.
  • Assists personnel at facility as required with other operations and maintenance duties.
  • Provide technical and hands-on support for field operations, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential improvements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing engineering solutions.
  • Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Train and support field teams on engineering best practices and technical procedures.
  • Project management and coordination at all facilities.
  • Advanced surveying and data collection using drone technology.
  • Electrical and mechanical problem solving.
