Superintendent Lead Multi-Family and Commercial Builds in Las Vegas

Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as the premier onsite leader for a firm with more than a 40-year legacy of excellence in the Las Vegas valley. This role empowers you to drive high-stakes projects from definition to deployment while fostering a culture of safety and innovation. You will act as the critical liaison between all trades to ensure every milestone reflects our standard of quality.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Direct onsite construction processes to ensure all projects remain within defined scopes, schedules, and budgets.

  • Supervise internal and external resources while maintaining proactive communication with subcontractors and project teams.

  • Analyze project progress to adapt timelines and mitigate risks before they impact the delivery schedule.

  • Facilitate job start-up safety meetings and enforce strict onsite protocols to protect all field personnel.

  • Coordinate with Project Managers to identify design deficiencies and resolve technical obstacles in real-time.

  • Execute detailed documentation including daily field reports, meeting minutes, and RFI logs for project transparency.

  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience within the construction or residential industry.

  • Proven track record of managing multi-family housing and large-scale commercial projects.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Exceptional proficiency in reading project specifications and managing complex construction schedules.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills with a strong focus on deadlines and budgetary guidelines.

  • Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Possession of a current OSHA 30 certification.

  • Technical expertise in P6 and Auto Desk software.

  • Experience managing government or federal construction project requirements.
