Job description

1. Scheduler

1 opening E-Logic NSA Naples (Capodichino), Italy -- relocation required; recurring travel to NSA Bahrain

Develops and analyzes planning, design, and construction schedules for NAVFAC facility and MILCON projects supporting the NSA Bahrain rebuild, and provides schedule-impact and delay analysis to the Government.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze planning, design, and construction schedules across a broad range of facility project types.

Develop and present the Basis of Schedule; propose realistic construction durations for in-house projects and RFPs.

Participate in Cost Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA) and Technical Evaluation Teams (as a non-voting member).

Perform construction schedule analysis, Critical Path analysis, and delay/time-impact analysis on modifications.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management AND 5 years of construction scheduling experience; OR 10 years of construction scheduling experience.

Scheduling experience on construction projects of $25M or greater.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Claim Digger; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project; Adobe Acrobat Professional.

Experience with cost-loaded Network Analysis Schedules (NAS) and Federal building criteria / construction guide specifications.

Security & eligibility:

U.S. citizen with a current, active DoD Secret clearance.

Valid driver's license.

Able to obtain a CAC (Tier-1 background investigation) and the required base access for Naples and Bahrain.

Willing to relocate to Naples, Italy and travel regularly to NSA Bahrain.

Willing to sign a one-page Letter of Commitment contingent on contract award.
