Job description

A Mighty Auto Parts Service Representative

provides parts to repair shops, assists with inventory, handles deliveries, and offers technical training to customers and staff. Responsibilities include communicating with customers, documenting merchandise, learning about new products, and ensuring proper vehicle and product handling. The role requires strong customer service skills, teamwork, and a focus on building customer relationships to support their businesses. 

Key Responsibilities

·                  Customer Service & Sales: Building relationships with auto service businesses, providing product information, and offering technical advice. 

·                  Parts Management: Assisting with loading, unloading, and maintaining inventory of auto parts like batteries, oil, and filters. 

·                  Logistics & Delivery: Transporting parts to customers in a company vehicle and maintaining accurate delivery records. 

·                  Technical Training: Working with technicians and managers in service bays to demonstrate proper product use and sales techniques. 

·                  Communication: Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams. 

·                  Documentation: Reviewing shipments, advising management of discrepancies, and ensuring proper merchandise control.
