We are seeking a dependable Production MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position focuses on structural MIG welding in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience producing high-quality welds while meeting production and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities - Perform production MIG welding on structural steel components
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Set up and operate welding equipment according to specifications
- Ensure welds meet quality and structural standards
- Inspect completed welds and perform minor grinding or rework as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
