Staff Source is hiring an experienced MIG Welder for a manufacturing client in Knoxville, TN. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder looking for a consistent 4-day work week and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG welding on sheet metal components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
  • Inspect welds for quality and structural integrity
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Operate related equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Prior MIG welding experience required, sheet metal experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints/weld specs
  • Steel-toe boots and reliable transportation
  • Strong attendance and work ethic
