Carnival Game Attendant

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team at Indy Scream Park! As a carnival game attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' overall experience by providing exceptional service and promoting the carnival game experience to guests in our Monster Midway. Your friendly demeanor, sales skills, and ability to engage with visitors will contribute to the success of our park and ensure the guests have a memorable and enjoyable time.

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Greet guests warmly and approach them proactively to offer assistance and answer any questions while promoting to sell the carnival game.
  • Be knowledgeable about the various games and attractions within the park, highlighting their unique features and benefits to entice guests.

Cash Handling and Inventory Management:

  • Operate the credit card reader accurately and efficiently, processing transactions, and handling payments securely.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking product, and notifying supervisors when products are running low.
  • Keeping the area clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Teamwork and Communication:

  • Collaborate with fellow sales staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
