Clinical Advisor (MD/DO) - Expert in Perimenopause & Menopause Care
Employment Type: 0.5 FTE (20 hours / week)
Compensation: $110/hr (W2)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10am-7pm PT
Reports To: Christy Beyer, MD, Medical Director
About the Opportunity
Midi Health is the leading virtual clinic for women in midlife. We're transforming the way perimenopause and menopause are treated-replacing guesswork, dismissal, and stigma with expert, evidence-backed care.
We are looking for a Clinical Advisor who is a true subject matter authority-one of the top national experts in perimenopause and menopause care. This role is critical to supporting our fast-growing clinician team and ensuring exceptional, safe, and timely care for our patients.
If you're a physician whose expertise in midlife women's health rises far above the standard-and you want to help redefine care for millions of women-this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the go-to clinical expert for clinician questions and escalations (30 min response time)
  • Support patient care, including escalated and DEA-required visits
  • Review time-sensitive patient cases, labs, and inbox items
  • Identify clinical trends and share insights with leadership
  • Participate in Doc of the Day coverage
  • Help refine and support Midi's clinical guidelines and care protocols
  • Partner with the Medical Director on clinical quality, education, and safety
  • Fulfill state-required collaborating physician duties in the states Midi designates.
What Makes You a Fit
  • Board Certified MD/DO
  • Minimum 5+ years of advanced, specialized perimenopause/menopause care (expert level required)
  • Expert in Cancer Survivorship (strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years recent direct patient care
  • 2+ years telehealth experience
  • Minimum 5 active state licenses; willing to expand to become licensed in all 50 states
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and tech proficiency
