Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in integration projects.
• Ability to define technical standards, best practices, and governance for Tibco and middleware solutions.
• Experience in solution architecture, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable integration platforms.
• Experience with Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) for designing and developing integration workflows. Familiarity with Tibco EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service) for messaging and event-driven architecture. Understanding of JMS (Java Messaging Service) concepts. Knowledge of Tibco ActiveMatrix, Tibco Hawk, or other Tibco middleware tools is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher). Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud for building microservices. Knowledge of RESTful API design and development. Understanding of microservices principles, including service discovery, load balancing, fault tolerance, and circuit breakers.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines relevant to Tibco deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying Tibco solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and operations.
• Capability to conduct code reviews, design reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Knowledge of security best practices in integration, including data encryption, authentication, and authorization.
