  • Maintain and update target intelligence records and databases, including MIDB-related information.
  • Support collateral damage estimation (CDE) and collateral damage assessment (CDA) activities when required.
  • Coordinate with Joint Targeting organizations to ensure intelligence products comply with applicable targeting standards.
  • Prepare and deliver written reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior military and government leadership.
  • Support contingency planning, operational exercises, and real-world mission execution.
  • Ensure intelligence products comply with applicable DoD directives, Intelligence Community standards, and customer requirements.
Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a current Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting intelligence operations, targeting, or operational planning within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
  • Experience supporting Joint Targeting, target development, or operational intelligence activities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Joint Targeting Cycle and target intelligence methodologies.
  • Experience supporting operational planning and intelligence integration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
