Job Title: Jr/Mid Level UAT Tester
Location: Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN--HYBRID
Visa status: GC or USC or H4 EAD
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute user acceptance test plans and test cases in collaboration with product managers, developers, and business analysts
  • Perform thorough testing of applications-especially International Payments systems-to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects
  • Document and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them using Octane and JIRA
  • Generate and analyze test reports to provide insights on testing outcomes and application quality
  • Participate in review sessions with business users and technology to validate functionality and gather feedback

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in UAT or QA testing, preferably in financial services
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in tools such as Octane, JIRA is critical
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
