Join a dedicated team that emphasizes a collaborative approach to patient care. Every staff member is committed to ensuring that each patient's experience is personalized and meaningful. We welcome applications from both residents and seasoned physicians!

About the Practice

This practice features a team of 6 OB/GYN physicians, supported by 4 Nurse Midwives and 4 Nurse Practitioners. With over 20 years of service to the McKinney area and the broader Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, this well-established group is dedicated to providing exceptional care. In addition to the main office in McKinney, there is a satellite location in Prosper, approximately 12 miles away. Deliveries and surgical procedures are conducted at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and Medical City McKinney Hospitals, both equipped with Level III NICU units and comprehensive support from women's health subspecialists. The facilities also feature robotic surgical capabilities. This practice offers excellent growth potential for experienced physicians and valuable mentorship for new graduates.

Practice Highlights

  • A seasoned team of physicians and mid-level providers with a stellar 20-year reputation in the Dallas Metro Area.
  • Two conveniently located offices in McKinney and Prosper.
  • A manageable call schedule of 1 in 6 weeks, with weekend duties only once every 6 weeks, promoting a healthy work/life balance.
  • Possibility of a 4-day work week after one year with the practice.
  • Daily patient load of 25-30 per OB/GYN.
  • Teaching opportunities available for mid-level providers.
  • Collaboration with two excellent hospital locations that provide robust support to the physicians, including robotic surgical options.
  • Average of 10-12 deliveries per month.
  • Attractive starting salary with potential for bonuses.
  • Opportunity for a productivity-based income model.
  • Two-year partnership track available.
  • $30K sign-on bonus and $30K retention bonus.
City/Location Highlights
  • McKinney is consistently recognized as one of the best places to live in the U.S., featuring pleasant weather, an affordable cost of living, beautiful homes, excellent schools, and proximity to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

The region offers a wide range of activities for families, including arts, shopping, and sports, with all major leagues represented, as well as several nearby universities. Additionally, there are two major international airports in the area.
  • McKinney and the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex provide a vibrant environment and enjoyable weather year-round, with numerous outdoor activities for family fun.
