We’re a dedicated pediatric practice providing compassionate, highquality care to children from birth through age 18 — and we’re looking for a Mid-Level Provider who brings skill, heart, and a love for pediatric healthcare.


 What You’ll Do

As a provider in our practice, you’ll play a vital role in creating positive experiences for our patients and families. You will:

  • Provide health maintenance care, including well-child and sick-child exams. 
  • Manage routine developmental screenings 
  • Provide diagnosis and treatments for common childhood illnesses 
  • Teach and counselchildren and their families on issues related to health

Job Summary:   

The role of the pediatric primary care midlevel provider is to provide care to children from birth through 18 years of age with an in-depth knowledge and experience in pediatric primary healthcare including well childcare and prevention/management of common pediatric acute illnesses and chronic conditions.  This care is provided to support optimal health of children within the context of their family, community, and environmental setting.  Adheres to all office policies and procedures and the employee manual.   

Essential Job Duties:

  • Provides health maintenance care, including well-child and sick-child exams. 
  • Manages routine developmental screenings 
  • Provides Diagnosis and treatments for common childhood illnesses 
  • Teaches and counselschildren and their families on issues related to health 
  • Performs selected administrative duties andassistsphysicians as part of the clinical team 
  • Providesaccurateand promptdocumentation for all patients 
  • Maintains informationofpatient handouts andassistswith officenewsletter as appropriate 
  • Knowledge of medical equipment and common safety hazards and precautions,OSHA, knowledgeof computers and EHR systems. 
  • Ability tomaintainexcellent communication skills, confidentiality, and work well with children of allages,and their parents/legalguardians. 
  • Contributes to the development of policiesand procedures.  
  • Ability to manage caseload as assigned by physician or practice manager.  
  • Provides courteous and professional service to patients and their families 
  • Participates inquality improvement initiatives 
  • Performsother related work asrequired by their supervisor.
