Position Title: Mid-Level Full Stack Developer
Location: Bethesda, MD - 5 Days onsite - No Relocation
Assignment Type: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $65.00 - $67.00 / hour
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday

Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with a high-growth boutique tactical asset management firm headquartered in Bethesda, MD that is investing heavily in modern data and AI capabilities to sharpen their competitive edge. They are looking to bring on a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to help build and scale their fintech portfolio analytics platform, working across a modern stack including React/Next.js (deployed on Vercel) for the front end, Python/Django (running on AWS) for the back end, and PostgreSQL on AWS for the database layer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain full stack features for a fintech portfolio analytics platform
  • Develop and support backend services and APIs powering portfolio modeling and analytics
  • Build modern front-end interfaces for portfolio construction, analytics visualization, and advisor proposal workflows
  • Integrate market data, fund data, and strategist models into application workflows
  • Optimize performance for large portfolio simulations and analytics calculations
  • Collaborate with investment strategists and product managers to translate financial concepts into scalable software solutions
  • Maintain high-quality, well-tested code and contribute to platform architecture as the system evolves

Qualifications
Required
