 - Familiarity with Angular, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
 - Strong knowledge of SQL Server, REST APIs, and cloud-based tools (Azure preferred).
 - Prior experience working in the insurance industry, particularly on systems like Agent Compensation or Policy Administration.
 - Experience in regulated environments with a focus on security, compliance, and audit-readiness.
 - Proven ability to lead cross-functional Agile development teams.
 - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automated testing strategies.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business users.
This opportunity is perfect for a technically strong, hands-on leader who thrives in enterprise-scale projects and enjoys mentoring teams while contributing to critical insurance systems.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
