Job Title: Forklift Operator – Double Deep Reach

Location: Burlington, ON
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon, and Night

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator with hands-on experience operating Double Deep Reach forklifts in a warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving, storing, and retrieving materials accurately while maintaining productivity and following all workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Double Deep Reach forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Load, unload, move, stack, and organize pallets within the warehouse.
  • Store and retrieve pallets from double-deep racking systems.
  • Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
  • Pick and replenish inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory locations and product handling.
  • Follow all health and safety policies and warehouse procedures.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as required.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
  • Valid Forklift Operator License.
  • 1–2 years of experience operating a Double Deep Reach forklift.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
